Cost is the first question and the least honestly answered online. Here is how a quote is built, what changes it, and how to compare it with fees at home — without an invented number.

Why the same operation costs less here

What the quote covers
Surgical fee; general anaesthesia and anaesthetist; day-case or overnight hospital stay; the implants themselves, with the manufacturer's warranty registered to you and implant cards issued; pre-operative tests; surgical bra and band; airport and clinic transfers; every follow-up during your stay and remote follow-up afterwards. Nothing is added on the day.
What changes the figure
Implant choice: cohesive silicone from premium manufacturers costs more than saline; brand and model are named in the quote. Technique: endoscopic transaxillary takes slightly longer than a fold augmentation and is quoted accordingly. Combinations: liposuction or other procedures are itemised. Revision policy: written into the quote — ask any clinic for the same.
Five questions for every quote: which implant brand and model; whether the technique is endoscopic; who operates and where; what happens if a revision is needed; whether it's in writing. A quote that fails two is a different product, not a cheaper one.
Insurance and financing, honestly
